MISSION STATEMENT OF ST. PAUL'S CHURCH OF UTICA:

Led by the Spirit, growing in faith, serving in Christ, we shall bring God's glory to all.


RALLY DAY (Kick-off to the 2014 -15 Ministry Year) will be Sunday, September 7.
  Full Sunday school available each Sunday morning: Children's Sunday school at 8:00 a.m. following the Children's Sermon in worship; Youth Sunday school at approximately 8:45 a.m. following communion at the 8:00 a.m. service; and Adult Sunday school at 9:15 a.m.
  "God's Work, Our Hands" Sunday among the congregations of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Churches are challenged to engage in a ministry of outreach to their communities. St. Paul's will receive a special offering of non-perishable foods and money to support the Thurmont and Glade Valley (Walkersville) Food Banks.
  Rally Day Festival on the church lawn from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (4:00 p.m. - Games and activities for children, youth and adults; 5:30 p.m. - Vesper Service; 6:00 p.m. - Ice Cream Social) Fun for all ages....and all are invited!

    9:00 a.m.  Fellowship Time with Light Refreshments
    9:15 a.m.  Adult Sunday School Class
   10:30 a.m. Traditional Communion Service

DIRECTIONS TO ST. PAUL'S PICNIC WOODS: From Frederick, MD., US 15 north 6.5 miles, right onto Hessong Bridge Rd. for 1 mile, right on Lewistown Rd. for .5 mile, the gate is on the right.
