SUMMER SUNDAY MORNING SCHEDULE 

    
8:00 a.m.  Relaxed Communion Service w/ Children's Sermon

     9:00 a.m.  Fellowship Time with Refreshments

     9:15 a.m.  Adult Sunday School

    10:30 a.m.  Traditional Communion Service

POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT...Music Director/ Organist. This position opens in late August. 10-12 hours per week. Please contact Pastor Lane for information or a Position Description.

UPCOMING EVENTS:  

SPECIAL MEETING of Church Council on Monday, August 31, 2015, 7:00 p.m. Agenda: hiring of Youth Ministry Leader; election of new Council member; review of proposed By-Laws.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 30 - Fifth Sunday Healing/ Prayer Service with anointing included in both services of worship: 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

SEPTEMBER 12-13 - RALLY DAY WEEKEND - BEGINNING OF THE 2015-16 YEAR

1. Saturday, September 12 -"God's Work, Our Hands" Community Service Day. Volunteer team to assist with building a Habitat for Humanity home in Brunswick, MD.

2. Sunday, September 13 - Rally Day Festival for children, youth and adults of all ages on the church lawn in Utica, 4 - 6:30 p.m.

ARTS AT GREEN SPRING CONCERT on Sunday, September 27, 3:00 p.m.  Solo performance by Ron Alig, classical guitarist from Richmond, VA. This is a free public concert, although donations will be requested to support music education with children and youth.

DIRECTIONS TO THE CHURCH (10621 Old Frederick Rd.): From Frederick, MD., US 15 North 5 miles, bear right on Old Frederick Rd. and proceed 1.5 miles to Utica. The church is on the right.

DIRECTIONS TO ST. PAUL'S PICNIC WOODS: From Frederick, MD., US 15 north 6.5 miles, right onto Hessong Bridge Rd. for 1 mile, right on Lewistown Rd. for .5 mile, the gate is on the right.
