SOUPER BOWL OF CARING celebration and offering to support the Glade Valley and Thurmont Food Banks on Super Bowl Sunday, February 7, 2016. Non-perishable foods and money will be welcome. This is a ministry led by the church's Youth Group.

ANNUAL SHROVE TUESDAY PANCAKE AND SAUSAGE SUPPER is Tuesday, February 9, beginning at 6:00 p.m. The meal is offered for donations from participants. The program will be "The Potter's Hands" Puppet Troupe from Weller United Methodist Church in Thurmont.

ASH WEDNESDAY WORSHIP will be held on February 10, 7:00 p.m., in the sanctuary. The imposition of ashes will be offered and Lenten communion will be shared.

COMMUNITY LENTEN SERVICES sponsored by the Thurmont Ministerium are offered on Monday evenings at 7:00 p.m. Light refreshments follow the services. The February services are scheduled for and hosted by:

  • February 15 - Graceham Moravian Church
  • February 22 - St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Utica
  • February 29 - Harriet Chapel Episcopal Church in Catoctin Furnace

Mr. Ronald Cramer, Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Frederick County, will be speaking at the service hosted by St. Paul's Church on February 22.

ARTS AT GREEN SPRING 2016 CONCERTS at St. Paul's (the concerts are free and open to the public, although donations to support music education for children will be requested):
